100% Arabica, single origin. This Ethiopia Yirgacheffe washed has a perfumed floral aroma that leads into a crisp and complex fruit basket flavor. Milky body provides the backbone for the fruit and aromatics, creating a harmonious balance. The cup finishes with lingering, pleasant mouthfeel.
We enjoy this coffee using v60 pour over method (fine/medium grind) with a recommended coffee to water ratio - 17 g of coffee : 1 cup of water.
